Our story

SkyTech Creations was founded in 2008 in Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, the electronics heartland of Thailand. We started as a contract manufacturer for consumer electronics brands in the local Thai market, and grew into a full-service EMS serving customers across the US, EU, Japan, and ASEAN.

In 2014, we received our Apple MFi license. That was a turning point — we could now manufacture Apple-certified products (Lightning, Find My, HomeKit) for any brand, with full Apple engineering support. The MFi license transformed us from a local Thai EMS into a globally-relevant manufacturer.

In 2018, we added Google Find My / Fast Pair certification. In 2020, we added ISO 9001 + ISO 14001. By 2023, we were running 24/7 with two SMT lines, 50+ engineers, and a customer base spanning Silicon Valley hardware startups to Munich industrial automation firms.

Why we focus on low-volume

Most EMS shops in Asia optimize for 50,000+ unit runs. We made a different bet: hardware founders need a partner that does 50-5,000 units well. That's where we make the most impact — turning prototypes into retail-ready products, fast.

The 200+ projects we've shipped over 18 years include Apple Find My trackers, LoRaWAN industrial sensors, smart home hubs, medical device controllers, and a few we can't talk about (NDA). The common thread: each started with a founder who needed an EMS partner that wouldn't treat their 2,000-unit run as a rounding error.

What we believe

Hardware founders are heroes. They bet their savings, their careers, and often their marriages on a product that doesn't exist yet. We exist to make their first 5,000 units as good as Apple's first 5,000 units.

Transparency beats perfection. Our live production monitor shows you what's actually happening on our floor, not a marketing video. We show defects when we find them. We tell you when your design has problems. We'd rather lose a job than ship a bad product.

Geography matters. Manufacturing in Thailand is more expensive per unit than China. We make up for it with 5-day air freight, MFi licensing, 99.7% yield, and same-time-zone engineering. For 50-5,000 unit runs, the math almost always works out to Thailand being cheaper total project cost.

We'd rather earn your 3rd order than your 1st. Our 60% of revenue comes from repeat customers. We're not optimizing for short-term contracts.
